Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please make sure you are checking sizing descriptions before ordering; all products have size measurements listed. We have to charge a 10% restocking fee to cover credit card charges on your returned product.

*Some products are non-returnable. These will be note on product descriptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include your order number or receipt with your return.

To start a return, you can contact us at twoshepsinapod@outlook.com. Please provide your order number. You will be sent the return address to mail your item to, in your email. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us along with the costs associated with returning the item. Items sent back to us in any condition other than new/unused, will not be issued a refund.

If an item is legitimately broken upon receipt, we can assist with a damage claim. You'll need to send us pictures of the item, including the packaging it arrived in and we will make every attempt to make it right with a replacement.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note- our suppliers are human and errors happen from time to time. Our sincerest apologies if it does, but we will work to make it right. All LJM American Brand products are handled in house and will have faster turn-around times than other supplied products. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), unique products (such as our apparel line), and personal care goods (such as cream products or vitamins). We also can not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (we don't sell any of these, but it's a required statement). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/close-out items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Again, please make sure you are checking sizing descriptions before ordering; all products have size measurements listed. I always suggest, if you're in doubt, size up. Same return policy will apply for exchanges.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or if there is an issue. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at twoshepsinapod@outlook.com and we'll do our best to help.
